Interesting auto correct.

How does one get kayak from manual

FYI. There is some speculation in this thread, some wrong info, some silly sarcastic info and then some info from people that know more than they are allowed to share I love this place.

Please just use an AC Delco PF48. They're so cheap at Wal Mart and they're made for the car.

Though I know nothing about anything…Since this thread started out asking what engine we have due to an oil filter question, then morphed into an engineering debate, I went out in the garage and popped the hood to see what we do have in there and found something kind of interesting.

It would seem we have a five cylinder, bi-turbo, flux capacitor, rotary wankle engine with an on demand hybrid option. So we are all right and wrong at the same time, except that 4-cylinder guy,…what the hell was he thinking? LOL

Dynos will vary. My stock LS3 with NPP on a mustang dynamometer made 396whp.

I was pleased to say the least.

On to filters. On all of the cars I have owned and raced competitively or tracked I always used the factory oil filters. Oil varied, but I never used aftermarket filters.

Mine made 407hp bone stock on a dyno jet around 77 degrees. It's now making 440hp on the same dyno in 103 degrees. It has CAI with scoop, ported tb, and stainless works long tubes. It was tuned at east Texas muscle cars. I'm sure the heat killed some of the hp because on a cool night it feels like it has a lot more hp.

No, it was a joke. Someone posted in another thread that he ran into a guy at a local car show that just bought a used vette and he said it had a special 6.2 liter V8 engine called the L52. Funny stuff, check it ou...

Lol the tune is the same, I keep
Hearing that and it makes me laugh... The only difference is the rear end ratio and the tire height... It's the lack of a power steering pump that makes them dyno higher, that being said the regular 2013 ss's dyno the same..
