Plus you got to remember the corvette will be faster with the same HP anyhow because it's nearly 1000lbs lighter than the camaro.

Definitely. The Corvette will have to go up in hp. They are not going to sell a Camaro that is much faster than the base Corvette.

I already think the Z28 will cut into Corvette sales as it is. And the Corvette hasn't been selling to hot lately.

You can get your Super Snake in the 800hp variety this year.

660 hp is nothing for the GT500 and ford will even warranty at those levels.

My friend had the Super Pack installed on his 2010 GT500. The car put down 585rwhp. For 2010 they rated the Super Pack installed GT500 at 605hp. just a slight underrating.

For 2011 they rate it at 660hp.

They will offer a supercharger package for the 5.0s also. And you can still keep your warranty. I don't know what the rating will be with the pack though. Probably 500-550ish hp.

They put on a much better TVS blower.

They sell it ,but the warranty is a fight. I know from experience. I read on teamshelby about a guy that toasted his clutch in a 2010 GT500 and ford wouldn't make good on it because he had the pulley.

They don't warranty pulley swaps of any kind.

I don't know exactly. I know it was rather expensive though.

What's "much better"? Almost all TVS are identical, unless you mean going from 1900 to 2300.
