I hope your wait isn't longer than what you feel is reasonable. I've been without my '02 for less than a year and I'm still going through withdrawls. I do hope Z28 gets here in the next couple years and am sure it won't disappoint Good luck on your wait

That is what he wanted to do. So what if it is 1 1/2 away. That year and half will be here before you know it. The guy should not be nailed to a cross for making a decision. Honestly, what do you care if this guy sold his car?

Depending on what the Z28 may offer, I could've trade mine in for one. But I decided to make my own. I will have put too much money into mine by then.

As far as I understand this thread:
Why is the guy selling the SS now? 'cause the SS will loose it's value more and more over the years. He can drive other cars, so, by selling it right now, he saves money to buy the Z I do wait for the Z28. May sounds crazy cause actually we have no solid info about it. However, this is how I think: The Camaro was dead, now it's here. The Camaro was suposed to run after the Mustang, and now the mustang is running after the camaro, the camaro was supposed not to be sold in europe, then it will, SS is largely outselling V6 ... all these taken together, to me, GM CAN'T refuse the make the Z28. GM will make it (i hope so)

If you could order a z/28 right now, far less people would have an issue with it. The point that most people are making is why not just drive the SS for another year then get rid of it? The whole situation seems a little far fetched for me. However, the OP can do what he wants and as long as they are happy that's all that matters. I am going to sit the rest of this one out. |

Wow you guys are brutal! I don't post a whole lot but felt the need to chime in here and defend the original poster.
Yes you're entitled to an opinion but you can actually go about it without acting like a 4 year old..."You're stupid I'm smart; You're wrong; I'm right". The last half year or so I've noticed the majority of posters are douche bags. They used to be the minority. That's a crude opinion but also factual. Look no further than this thread... I have no doubts I'll be told I'm wrong. Good day.

think about it people why make a payment of 400+ a month on a car that you will more then likely be upside down on in less then 2 years? when you could take that 400+ a month put it back and also the money for the gas and insurance for that car. . .it adds up quick. |
