Exclamation K&N???? help

got a new K&N CAI today. But do u think this will throw a code or hurt my warranty. and will i be ablw to feel the diff?????

try it and find out . this is how we all did it . if it throws a code just put back the old one . 9 out of 10 times you will be fine . i believe most car companies except kn under warranty . dont worry about anything we will get you through it .

mine didnt throw a code and the only thing you will be able to tell is a little increase in MPG and a throatier sound

I've had mine on for two weeks and it hasn't thrown a code. I didn't disconnect the battery when I installed it either.

i have a exhaust and k&n CAI and my car needed a major transmission repair... it was at the dealership for a week... no problems .... all under warranty... but they did try to void my warranty for doing to many burnouts as they say ...

I removed the neg. bat. cable and no codes to date. I installed over 3 months ago. I felt a slight performance gain, but I never dynoed.

One word of caution, K & N recommends that you check and retighten the bolts after a couple of days. Make sure you do so. Mine were loose. I also had to tweek them a few weeks ago.

how hard do u run it??????????? i race mine like once a month maybe thats about it never any burnouts or anything like that.......
