ON STAR/XM RADIO

I know it's posted here somewhere, just spent 30 minutes trying to find it, but I'm not sure of what the free trial periods are for:

On Star - Six months?

XM Radio - One year?

For the ZL1 - Does that sound right?

Thanks

Thanks, I keep getting junk mail to renew or extend the radio and its only been six months. Probably should see if I'm still connected, remember reading about some folks having it shut off after only six months when it should have been one year. Again, thanks.

Got my letter from SiriusXM yesterday explaining that the original time frame for trial membership on my 2012 was incorrect and S/B 1 year and not 3 months

my 2013 window sticker says 1 year xm, but on setup with xm they only set me up for 3 months. even after i told them i thought it was for 1 year. I had later found the window sticker and confirmed i was right. Need to get my trial extended too.

Say if you bought a brand new 1LE then traded it in for a used ZL1? Anyway to get 6 months-year? Since I did in fact buy a 1LE but only had it for 2 weeks?

Yeah, I've got to do that today. Slithered the Beast out of its dungeon yesterday, finally sunny and 42%, first ride in like three weeks, and after an hour or so of just listening to her purring I finally turned on the radio and no stations. Only the promo and ID station. Pretty disappointing so many ZL1 owners have to go thru this, and for me personally, this is the kinda thing that turns me OFF about a business that's not taking care of its business. I shouldn't have to go through this process. Makes me wonder how many don't realize they have a year, get shut off early or renew just before they get shut off and lose six months. Bet ya SirusXM doesn't say anything and just let's them renew and six months of free service just disappears. Very Disappointing.

Well went on line to fix this problem, but that was more of a headache so I called instead. They will reactivate next time I can get the car outside. Gave me a Hotline number to call. Will expire Feb 2014, so that was nice, glad they took care of it no questions asked. Well they did try to sell me some special going on, but other than that I'm all set!
