How to remove front "RS" emblem from grill

The front "RS" emblem on my grill was damaged, and i plan on replacing it soon. I do not need to replace the support brackets, as just the emblem is damaged. I was wondering if anybody has removed this and what the steps are. I think I can figure it out but with my luck, my fat fingers will break something. Thanks in advance!

I actually just took mine off to put on my new badge from emblempros. It's is stuck onto the bracket with 3M tape, and there are two little tabs that go through the mounting bracket. Your best bet is to take off the front fascia so you don't break anything.

One good yank and mine came right out. These are installed from the front, no need to pull the fascia. If its just the emblem thats bad work it off the bracket with dental floss and put a new one on.

You can't get all of the tape off because you can't get the floss in between the 2 tabs. You might be able to pull it off, but mine wasn't moving.

I little heat from a hair dryer to soften up the tape, then a simple pull.
