So i had my tires rotated side to side and decided i should re-set/ re-learn the tire pressure system. As soon as i hit YES to relearn it honked twice! I was NOT ready for that and I died laughing cuz i almost peed myself. Anyways today when i had my tire plugged from a screw the guy who put it on reset my system and he said it scared him too haha!

One thing I noticed that isn't in the owners manual, but when doing the TPMS relearn the sensors, the turn signal light is illuminated for the side of the car it wants to learn.

Speaking of the TPMS sensors, mine were ditched when I switched out my wheels and I'm getting tired of the Tire Pressure light/warning on my information center. How much does it cost to replace them?

Anywhere from $35.00 on up for each. Tire Rack sells them as well as many other dealers on the Camaro5 site. Make sure that you get the proper units for your car.

Yep scared me too. I have done it twice now when rotating the tires. Warned my son who was helping me on the second time. Made him jump 3 feet.

It was $62 per wheel $248 for a set of 4, installed on the rims and tires I purchased from Tire Rack.

And yes, I jumped too when I installed my snow tires and retrained theTPMS sensors. :(

Don"t think so, directional tire.

Side to side would roll them in opposite direction.

i dont believe the tires are directional...as far as I know and I quote"Yes you can rotate the tires on your SS. I have rotated mine side to side every 5000 miles. It helps to get rid of the scuffing from high speed cornering. These tires are not directional, they just have to be mounted with the "Outside" label on the outside, doesn't matter which direction they rotate."

Good to know thanks guys. Yea i see that they say "outside" on them. but i dont see any arrows that mark a direction they need to roll. so maybe swapping side to side will help a little. who knows.
