Anyone know how much whp gain from tune after CAI intake/scoop/ported TB?

I put on a CAI intake, apex scoop, and Vmax ported throttle body and love them, but was thinking about a dyno tune and was wondering if anyone knew about how much extra whp could be gained - is it worth it? Let's say I conservatively gained 15-18whp with the bolt ons, could a tune get an extra 5? 10? 20? The tuner is very reputable and of course I could just wait to see the gains, but I'm impatient and wanted to see if anyone had a general idea of what to expect. If you think I wouldn't get more than 5whp then I won't bother. Thanks!

On my M6 I think I got 12 when added shorties and high flows( done together but others done after adding those got 12). Had intake tb and axel back, Autos with same combo seen 15, so with out all that about 10 I would think

There are only two options in life. Fight or flight. Most people run. Almost all people run. But not us. The difference between us and everyone else is that we run towards the gunfire. And that makes all the difference.

It would all depend on the price. If you gained 10whp and the tune cost you $400+500, the price per HP is up there a bit. Personally, i'd wait till you actually added something that NEEDED a tune, like LT's.

Did mine when added the shorties and highflow. Not needed technically, but wanted the most I could get from the combo. With the T/B and Halltech added in the fuel curve stock was all over the place and timing being retarded, normal, but not great. Now at 12.8-13.2 and timing good. Also took out torque management(such as it is on M6) and fans keep temp at 194-198. Tune is smog legal to, or will pass. On star didnt notice it either on the monthly report( rear o2's off)

Your highflows are what put you over the edge. The OP doesn't have them. The PCM can make a fair bit of adjustment for mods but once you start adding ALL the small things, it pushes to the edge of it's limits. That's a good example of a tune not being needed but does well to maximize what you already have. I just don't feel the OP has reached that point yet.
