ADMPerformance Z-28 Info
i got to looking at some stuff on ADMPerformance.com and stumbled across something. i was looking at the ADM widened wheels and read the additional information about the wheel. and it reads. "Additional InformationThis setup widens the stock front 8" wheels to 10.8" and is what the highly anticipated 5th Generation Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 will be sporting. No need to wait, get the look and performance today".
where did they get info on the z-28? http://www.admperformance.com/productsLargeView.php?department=26&category=65&pr oduct=172 |

The SSX wheels were listed on a banner in the background of a video as "Z28 stock" or something like that.

A common upgrade for Gen-5 enthusiasts, particularly some aftermarket-type "package upgrade", has been to move the stock 275 rear tires/rims to the front, and then widen the front rims for rear mounting with Pirelli 305 tires. Saves the cost of buying 4 tires and rims to get more "gription".
As mentioned, before the official release of the ZL1, the popular notion was that the factory upgrade package announced this winter would be called Z28. However, something just as "special", likely using that name, is under consideration... |
