GS... Don't tell anyone I said that.

I need the back seat for a few more years. At least until my lil man is old enough to drive. THen he gets the Camaro and I'll get in a new Vette. Muhahahaa Muhahaha....
Don't tell mom about our plan. She's super evil and will destroy it!

I would keep the Camaro. Have no use for a two seater.

Same here. The Camaro is much heavier, even the ZL1 wont keep up with the Vette. The Vette has so many built in advantages. With out any mods its alreay running 11's and 0-60 in 4.0! add a few mods and your under 4.0. Don't get me wrong, I love the Camaro and may end up keeping it because I love it that much, however the Corvette is that next level. I want both a Corvette eventually, and need to figure out which one is better to have now, and which one to acquire later.

Tough choices, I'll see what happens tomorrow.... Then go from there. Even though its 18k off, I still need to get what I want in the Car and not just settle, because I got EVERYTHING I wanted in my Camaro.

I could of bought a GS or a used Z06 but I dont consider myself a Corvette sort of driving guy. Partly because I'm un-married, no kids and only thirty years old. If I was fifty, with kids that have moved out of the house, sure I could see myself owning a Corvette but not this early in life. Its kind of like owning yacht.
Well I mean an extra $200 for myself. Not married, decent income, steady job and no need for a practical car(Neither Car is practical). I love both Cars, I want both Cars eventually. I just need to figure out the best value and which is better to get now

MAYBE Im a bit off, but i would take the Camaro. I dont see myself as a Vette kind of guy either. maybe thats stereotypical of me but i just see them as a old man clinging to youth car. maybe in another 20 years il own one. Til then if i need some serious speed il jump in the Ol Supra for a spin LOL. But I love driving my SS more than the Yota.

If 60K is in your budget... why not get a used Z06? You can easily find many used models that fit your price range still with a factory warrenty that are practically new.

A GS is just that, a Z06 imposter. From 250 feet out you think "427, Go USA!" untill you see its not. Then you think "LS3, Canada made is okay I guess".

When you fill up at the gas station, 4 out of 5 common people will say "oh sick a Z06!".... Then you will go into this grand sport schpeal you will repeat 4 times a week, just like a person with a weird ass sounding name has to do their whole life because people can't say it/spell it.

Just get a Z06 not a Z06 "hold-the-beef" edition because you got a deal on it, IMO.

Best of luck...

What happens when you want to take a broad AND her friend back to the hotel or house? You need more than two seats. I'll take a 2 seater when I am over 19 lol

We have both. I love the Grand Sport Coupe - but it is a completely different animal than the Camaro. Two completely different driving styles. Just pick the one you like and you cannot go wrong!

Check the corvette forums. You can probably get one for more than $18k off sticker. $20-23k would be more like it depending on options.

To say the GS is a z06 with an ls3 motor is way off though. There is still a huge difference.
