My dad and I have both had rattle since about 600 miles mine has 1920 miles his has 1980 miles both stock 2013 zl1s

I voted "Don't know", because there while there IS a noise coming from the blower...and it sounds "rattle-ish"...you have to really listen for it, as it's inaudible with the hood closed, pretty quiet with the hood open - and Mr. Oppenheiser assured me it was normal operation.

As a reference, what I'm hearing is no louder than the tick of the lifters.

Both of the ZL1s we had have the rattle. The CTS-V we have does as well.
