XM Harassment

I have received no less than a dozen calls from XM over the last two weeks. They never leave a message when they call. I finally returned a call and the girl that answered stated they were calling to inform me my service had expired. I said, "That is painfully obvious because I can't listen to XM anymore". I asked her to pass the word along that they should leave messages when they call, so people know what they want. She apologized and stated she would put me on the do not call list.

Within 18 hours of that call, I received 3 more calls from XM, none with messages. I called 3 times this morning. Each time I politely asked for a manager, and was hung up on every time. On the 4th call I was able to speak to a "supervisor" with the affect of a rock. After a painful 10 minute conversation, she was "unable" to locate my information in their computers by using my name, phone number of home address. She persistently asked for my email address. I refused to give it to her explaining that I did not want to provide another avenue for them to continue to harass me, and that I would file a complaint if they contacted me again. I told her someone there had no problem finding my number and using it daily.

I ended the conversation by telling her she had all of the info she needed to look up my file and that I refused to give her my email address. I proceeded to explain to her that she needed to do some legwork to assure that they never contact me again.

Anyone else had problems like this?

No but it's well documented on this site how crappy the customer service is. Hopefully GM can lean on them to stop treating GM's customers so poorly....

oh yes they have the worst customer service i was on the phone for 25 minutes and most of which were on hold i got hung up on. I called a second time when they answered and i told them my problem guess what i got hung up on again that was 8 minuets of holding so after that i was very mad and called a third time and they said they couldn't find my info so i made them find my info and they finally did what i wanted them to do. and that was cancel a cars subscription cause it got traded in it took me 2 hours and 3 phone calls to get them to cancel a subscription

They must like me..Not only do they call and send emails..I worked them for a killer deal cause I have a total of four radios between the Camaro, Truck, House, and our Toy Hauler. Never been hung up on or anything. Strange.

They billed me for 4 months after the trial expired. I was smart enought not to give a credit card #. After months of supervisor calls, the bills finally stopped.

It's stories like this which keep me from calling to take the $20.00 5 month plan they are offering.
