2010 CAMARO The ORIGINAL
With the 6th Generation on the horizon, let's see your 2010 Camaros. I'm so glad I have one of the first Camaros of the new era. I like the new Camaro, but it's softer more elegant lines have made me very happy to have the original. Although my camaro is far from stock, I still love what I think will be a timeless model in auto history.
I've done all the work on this vehicle myself, with the exception of the Dyno/Tune, which makes it even that much more special to me. So I'll start this off with some current pictures of my 2010. Every 2010 owner needs to follow up with some pictures of your rides. Don't be lazy...

My 2010 is a keeper.
Can't wait to see what the new ZL1 and Z/28 will look like.

I thought I was the only one who wasn't completely impressed with the new design. I think that in time I will grow to like it, but it wasn't completely shocking to see for the first time unlike the Camaro 5 was for me. I appreciate the advances and improvements they have done and there are elements that do look good on the new car but over all it looks too busy, I like clean and purposeful lines cars. It doesn't have the originality that the 5th gen has either.

Here is mine. Bought a v6 first couple months of production then a few months later, early 2010, traded it in on a v8 and have been modding it ever since.

I never intended to upgrade. I told my wife I will have my 2013 SS vert for the next 20 years minimum and I have every intent on doing just that. While the refresh looks fine, it certainly doesn't blow away gen 5 IMO.
Here is the dealer's photo from their web site when I first bought it. It will be two years this August. Just passed 10,000 miles. Last edited by DaveA; 05-18-2015 at 01:06 AM. |
