New Harness System Setup

I finally got my Harness, harness bar, and tank plates finished and hooked up. Love the setup. I bought the Cipher harness bar in silver. They did not have any black ones available. I painted it IOM to match the car. I bought the Cipher 5 point harness in 3 inch, orange.

I then had a set of tank plates made from the original set my buddy had. I like the way the tank plates bolt to the seat rails and to the lower seat belt hole for better stability. I originally had two sets made for me and my friends 1LE but the FAB shop forgot to flip the steel and make the left sided bends so I ended up with 4 right side plates. So I just had the FAB shop make 4 left side plates and now I have two sets of tank plates I need to sell.

They are made from 1/4 steel. I will take $250 dollars plus shipping per set. If I have to supply the eye bolts then the price will be $300 dollars plus shipping. If you have the harness then you should have already gotten the eye bolts with your harness. This price is a lot less than what another member is selling the tank plate for on this forum. I only have these two extra sets so first two gets them.

Awesome job on the tank plates, your car is looking more like a track car now.

You mean you will take your original set back! LOL

I will bring them to you when I come to the Roebling Road Track day in March.

The last picture I posted shows what they look like. The other pics before that show them mounted in my car.

FYI: You need to make one more pass through the metal bracket on the harness to have them installed correctly and pass tech.

Sold my second set of tank plates. I could have a set made if anyone wants a set. $250 a set plus shipping unless I have to supply the eyebolts, then it is $300 a set plus shipping. You will not find a cheaper set of tank plates.

I have had a couple people ask if I could have a set of tank plates made for them. Not a problem just asking if anyone else will need a set before I have a couple of sets made. The price is $300 dollars a set.

Are you still making tank plates for the camaro? I'm in the market for a pair.

Thanks, Jason
