Sooner rather than later...I can't give you a date...because things never work out that way. But we're actively working on hotel arrangements as we speak. So it's coming!

I believe the host hotel is under construction, meaning that they are just now turning the ground, Ha Ha..and we are to finish it upon arrival for the festival!!!

It'll be inevitable that a few people won't end up at the host hotel, unfortunately...to that end I want to make sure everyone understands they're MORE THAN WELCOME to join everyone at the host hotel parking lot!

I'm an Indiana State Police Officer and I can tell you first hand, Indiana honors all other states concealed to carry permits.

We also have had reciprocity with other states which they call the compact states but the basic answer is yes, we do. However its not recommended that you carry it out in the open as you'll be asking for trouble and much unwanted stops, questioning and possible 'Felony Take-Downs' until needed info is gathered to learn you're legit. Why go through all that? Conceal it if on your person, keep your permit with you and if stop and its on you or in the car advise the officer FIRST that you have a 'concealed to carry permint' and you do have the weapon on your person or in the glove box.
One other note, please, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ANY WEAPONS IN YOUR CAR WHILE UNATTENDED. Last thing we need is for someone to gain entry to your car and another weapon is on the streets in the wrong hands.
Had a Marine over the summer who didn't want to leave his AR-15 and several pistols at his GF apartment so he brought them to the state fairgrounds and left them in a bag on the back seat. Well those are now in the streets of Indy. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

I suppose it's worth noting at this point (to prevent any "incidents")....like both years before, the host hotel parking lot will have overnight security patrols to protect our toys.

With millions ($$$$$$$$$$$) sitting in that parking lot I hope there are more than a few patrols and that they are not the minimum wage type!
