Who has done Torq's Innercooler Pump Upgrade?

Looking for any feedback on the 55 gpm pump setup from SS or ZL1 owners.

We have built dozens of ZLs in the shop as well as SS's with this pump with amazing results....we just built a similar kit for a challenger as well with success as well.

Thanks for the feedback. If they ever log before/after results, it would be nice to have something posted up. Hard to find anything. Or better yet - ask them to jump on here. Owner feedback goes a long ways when people are researching mods.

no feeback I have seen yet. it implies it is the same as the cobra jet pump. they need to really publish some real flow numbers or real IAT reduction on their site. the cobra jet obivouly has a different intercooler so flow could be different in the ZL1 system.

In LPE's testing the stewart pumps flowed most.

I am not ready to buy my HX yet but I have been trying to figure out which pump to go with and the LPE test has me doing some more research.

from what I read the cobra jet pump is a mezier WP336 pump. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mez-wp336s

since all of these pumps are similar in price point I just want the one that flows the best in the system on my car.

Lingenfelters testing showed it flowed less than their pump for 1/2 the price. I purchased LPEs and returned the Torq one...... bracket wouldn't even fit - much less the pump.

I sold the car so I'm researching if itl fit on the zr1. Was doing a little reading and if you increase the fitting size on everything it flows quite a bit more

But you'd have to increase the fitting size on the inlet and outlet of the supercharger, heat exchanger, and coolant tank to make it worth it.
