I have never adjusted my Solo J/Pipes. Drone is gone on my L99 so I just let it be.

I played with them a bit, but in the end, it didn't seem to make much of a difference. I don't have enough time to fool around, make a 1/4 inch adjustment, go for a drive and repeat. I'm sure the actual j-pipes are helping, but I'm not sure how much moving them in and out really does. I decided to just go back to hi-flow cats. Catless midpipes are annoying.

I had mine made, drone started at 1400 and went to 1900 with the outlaw axle back. Adjusted to around 31.5" and drone gone, just exhaust sound. Adding the shorties and highflows made it necessary to adjust them a bit longer to 31.5" from around 30".Whats on the car is in the sig.

Well now with my headers installed, the car is actually quieter inside than with the factory manifolds. I'm not sure how the hell that's possible, but that's what happened. It's loud as f*ck all outside and the drone is still there, but not as bad. Consider me impressed! The car has a definite mean/badass sound now!
