I'm going to go out on a limb here and say its an LSA under the hood since the Z28 has not been confirmed dead, unlike what the article says. Probably a long shot but thats what I want so thats what I'm going to believe it is...until proven otherwise.

Just another 3rd party, not GM; therefore, I'm not interested.

Both the Supercharged and Turbo 4 fit under a standard Cobalt hood without ANY bulge, not very likely that it would require any bulge on a car that size, more likely to be one of the big boys, their entire premise for their choice is the idea that the LSA is off the table, and we know they are "working on something". I can't actually think of any hybrid that requires a bulge either. The batteries are not usually under the hood, and the engines they use are SMALLER, not larger....
PS These pics are pretty old...anybody else notice the snow...We have not had a hot summer, but it hasn't snowed in a long time |

the article said theyve had the pics for a while but they werent sure what it was...of course what theyre saying is pure speculation so take it with a grain of salt but chevy did say they were going to test that engine in the camaro

Since they already put out the engines, is it still possible (or likely) for them to put a 4-cyl camaro for 2010?

The body may be different but the underpinnings are Camaro. Used to test powertrain, brakes, etc.

I didn't see any hood bulge. I just saw some plastic taped to the rear of the hood. If it was for the intercooler it wouldn't be covered with plastic and tape.

It's a 4 cylinder turbocharged engine for the Euro-spec Camaro's.
