I don't believe the OP is worried about gas milage. It appears as though he was merely curious as to how his MPG compared to others. There is nothing wrong with trying to get the best performance on both power and efficiency.

Fill your car up. Reset your mileage Trip and drive until almost bone dry. Divide the total miles driven by gallons used(tank capacity). Compare your math with your DIC. Voila
