How long from when it is unloaded from train to home - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Guys and Gals,

So I just was notified that my car has been loaded of the rail car. First of all any idea where that is in So Cal? Second how long from this point does it take to recieve??? I am a little excited!

Mine took 5 Days to cross USA..Then sat in the rail yard in fontana for 9....But Hopefuly yours wont take that long....The longest 2 weeks ever!!!!

I'm pretty sure it'll be shipped to a rail yard south of the 210, but very near the 15 freeway.

Could take a week to get here.

Who knows how long it'll sit before it's unloaded?

But once it's on the truck, it takes less than a day to get to the dealer.

Mine was unloaded on Monday, in Chicago, and I got it on Friday.

I just brought an auto rack across Iowa a couple days ago, maybe yours was on it! Never know exactly what style of cars we haul just the brand. Every once in awhile I spot a camaro in one of the rail cars, just because I know what colors that are available. Always wonder if I'm bringing somebody's car closer to them when ever I get an auto rack.

Greasey is right, it will sit in Mira Loma until your dealership has a "shipment" of vehicles to bring from there. My car arrived at Mira Loma on a Wednesday night and my dealership got my car in the following Monday.

Mine came in at Mira Loma yard near riverside. It took 3 days to get to dealer, san fernando Valley
