W.O.S. (waiting on spoiler)

My first post here. I really like this forum!!! Thanks
We purchased a new 2011 2LTRS a month ago today. Love everything about the vehicle on the lot with one exception: The car did not have the rear spoiler due to being removed for a customer that bought a LS and wanted one. It was included on the final paperwork that the "dealer owes" the spoiler, RS badging+instulation. Now, the dealer has emailed me once and all the dude said was "my parts man does not have any update on where it is." I'm thinking about replying to the customer service manager (that wants to know if I am satisfied w/my purchase) and asking, what gives? I can't imagine it would take a month to get a spoiler into parts considering what a HUGE dealership this is. What should I do?

So are you riding around with holes in your trunk lid?

Don't see why you would have taken the car knowing it doesn't have a spoiler/having to wait for a spoiler

I agree, had you waited to take delivery I bet they would have had your spoiler in and installed pretty quickly.

If they pulled one off your Camaro to put on some one else's, why not pull one off another one on the lot? Other than a color issue, what the hell?

They most likely just swapped the entire trunk lid with the LS...

Sterlingnotes, you're right. They swapped the trunk lids. It was a color issue why they couldn't swap another one. They had 50+ Camaro's on the lot and not another SIM RS. The reason I took delivery with it that way was, it seemed to not be a time issue to get one, so I fell for it and thought, it's only going to be 10-12 days driving it without one. What is a 'havoc" from RPI designs?
