As far as I am aware there is no cutting required for the CAI intake. But just a word of advice.... get the tune AFTER the exhaust work... save a bit of money.... you will not need a tune just for the CAI.

You should get the quarter flares ASAP, 20" wheels kick up a LOT of small rocks onto the body.
Also recommend 3M clear bra for the bumper, rather expensive but you won't regret later

They are all over Ebay, $150 a set, OEM painted, very easy to install. Took me and my dad about 1 hour to install outdoors
Dealer charge you $400, but you could get one for $150 and DIY or ask a bodyshop to install http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_trks...at=0&_from=R40 The 3M films you should get straight from a bodyshop, some shops specialize in it. It will cost around $350~$450, it's basically the same Zagg stuff they cover your phone screens with, except with the entire car bumper
