ZR-1....The Police Interceptor!

I'll quote Bob...'cause no other words do the picture justice.

"Go ahead...make their day. Just try and outrun them!"

Speeders beware
I don't think they should leave the 60k a gallon paint on a police car

OMG. Well, we know one thing. The car won't lose the pursuit. The person behind the wheel on the other hand...

we should test that theory
just give it a lift and dirt tires(plus a few more modifications in order for that to work)

I'll just take a look at the map, figure out where the other end of that dirt road comes out, drink some coffee, check the radio station, etc. Sure, I might have to go an extra 3 or 4 miles....but by the time you make your 1/4 mile shortcut, I'll be waitin on the other side sayin'....

^I was just kidding around. In reality, there's a whole slew of options...the first being getting the helicopter out there...you can't out run that! Second, we have Park Police who drive Durangos. They'd go back there while (depending on the area) other units would surround the general area.

Roadway conditions, though....call for County to come out and set up spike strips. Regardless, on the road, I think 99% of veh's couldn't get away from the vette!

I'd hate to try to PIT someone in that. 1)I wouldn't want to scratch it. 2) It would be too low....I'd just get up under them. I would love this car though.

I think we should test this theory... you go get that ZR1 and I'll drive my Z71 Tahoe... we'll shut down a part of Hwy79 out towards Rockdale and use the county roads out there as the "dirt roads"

I mean, we have to make sure this vehicle is a viable pursuit model... can't have it just being for looks

I'd like to see a "road test", ZR1 v. Lambo.
