Thanks for all the comments guys! I just wish I had a longer stretch sometimes to open her up
I used the Elmer's Painter pen for the stitching. It works really good and gives it a good solid color! Just make sure to only do about 4 inches at a time and use a damp cloth to keep wiping it off the leather. I used 2 coats and it is holding up good too.
