+1. He is also one of the best in the country. Probably give you way better service and install than any dealership. It pays to have things done right.

Id be good with someone else doing it but the service department told me they had to do it or the factory drivetrain warranty would be void. Do I void warranty if somebody else does it? I also wouldn't be opposed to the e force if I had any faith in their drivetrain warranty. This is becoming a big PITA.

Send Andy a PM or call him Monday he will give you all the details and the warranty options, as said above he is one of the best LS performance shops in the country.

Just an update, dealership cannot get the lsa kit so I'm getting the edelbrock kit instead. After starting this thread I'm actually happy it ended up this way.

Excellent choice! Looks like factory under the hood. Reasonable price too. Congrats! Who's gonna do the install...dealership? I know you're concerned about the warranty. I am too, so wondering if they'll install and still honor it?

The dealer is farming it out to straightline performance here in Illinois. They said they will honor the factory warranty for the car unless it's suspected the supercharger caused it in which case I will have the extra edelbrock drivetrain warranty. They said if I blow up the motor and gm wants to send down an engineer it prob won't be covered but most other issues will be. I don't know what to expect so I'll just hope I don't need any warranty work and I won't have to worry about it. Worst case scenario is I just pay out of pocket. Risk I'm willing to take.

It had about 300km on it though.
There's plenty of them for sale around the vette community But I know too many people around here shy away from used parts. Oh well. Those 3-4k I saved went to suspension and slicks
