^That would be that car yes. It's supposed to have INSANE amounts of torque.
And the magazine is "Auto Motor & Sport". The word "Und" doesn't exist in the Swedish langauge. As for the magazine and their reliability...variable to say the least. Unfortunately the only somewhat fun car magazine we have in Sweden.

Is it just me, but is the "purported" GTR V-Spec time just a little fishy at 1 second under the ZR1?
Also, what is the HP and weight supposed to be on the R8? 500HP and 5000 pounds? |

Big question is can they do it for 100k like the ZR1 or is this car going to be in the stratosphere as far as price?

And I'm still not convinced Nissan played a clean hand with the normal gtr..... But this thread is about Audi: I always liked the R8. The best-looking European car to my eyes. It's kinda neat to see them utilizing desiel in a supercar. Interesting. We should take it as a compliment. It means they're aiming for the bar that WE (US) set... |

Well, considering that the R8 with the V8 costs more than a ZR1, I don't think that the V10 will cost less.
Oh and isn't diesel still cheap relative to gasoline in Europe?

Well if the R8 is 30k more I would imagine if one had the cash to buy a ZR1 in the first place he could probably mod the ZR1 for less than 30k and wave bye bye to that R8 in the rear view mirror
