Aero Turbine Resonators?
Hey guys had a quick question, didnt really see much about this in any other threads.. I was looking at some Aero Turbine Resonators. Anyone have any experience with these? I put on my magnaflow mufflers, and a magnaflow x-pipe, and im about to throw on JBA shorty's. I saw on the website that the resonators come in 2" and 2.5" so i guess i can kind of scrap that idea. Im not too sure on how the headers will affect the sound of my exhaust, but most of those that have them installed are very pleased with them, and it sounds pretty good on theirs. They also had a different exhaust setup as well.
So anyway, anyone know if these resonators are at all decent, or can recommend a different set? This site has my exhaust install posted on their blog with pictures, if interested. Theyre located here in San Diego. http://renegademustangs.wordpress.co...haust-install/ |

Yeah... those are the same as the MRT version 1 exhaust... Nice sound and very loud!

I have 2 new Aero Turbines I'd like to sell if you're interested in getting them cheap. I bought them to do the MRT 1.0 mod and changed my mind. Never been used.

Ok, since these are used for the MRT.. can they be used with the magnaflows or would they replace the mufflers? I would figure that since they are resonators, they could be swapped out with the original resonators. Any thoughts?

I second VT2CA! Would love to see a video.
Did you end up using the Camaro axle-back kit, or a set of custom Magnaflow mufflers? Thanks!

Oh, so you just bought the mufflers used in the kit and had them installed? (guessing different tips?) That works!

I bought the magnaflow 6" rounds and the magnaflow 4" tips, cant recall the part numbers right now. If i remember correctly the kit comes with a different set of mufflers and tips than what I have.
