Hmmm... #24,579 and I haven't noticed any problems with the spoiler. (I checked for firmness of installation upon delivery.) I'll check again tonight after work, though.

spoiler firmness DOES NOT equal tight bolts. Mine spoiler was tight, I checked... but when I actually removed the covers, they were all about 1/2 to 3/4 turn loose. Over time they would have worked off.

...off to check the other 2

EDIT.. make that 6 loose bolts on #32673

Just checked on my break and they're tightened just fine. Sorry you guys are still having problems with this.

Quick update....my Chevy dealer now says there is an official service bulletin on the spoiler. Techs are instructed to spray the bolts with thread lock and re-attach. I'm glad it took it in as they supposedly had to fish the nuts out with a magnet.

When I reinstalled my spoiler after paint it had to be started at one end and as we put the bolts through the holes it required a little flex to get the bolts through the last 2 holes. With no nuts on it was firmly in place due to the tension. So please don't just give it a shake and assume that the nuts are tight. AGAIN there are SIX nuts.

it sure seems like the ratio could be better... just sayin....

Part of this has already been said, Chevrolet TSB says to apply locktite to threads and torque all nuts (6) to 80 inch pounds.
