SOLO Mach X or SLP LM II?

Solo Mach X Catback or SLP LM II ? I am debating the Solo exhaust modification or the SLP LM II. It seems obvious to go with the Solo because there is only about a 200.00 difference. Any input? I know where the search button is, looking for the most up to date opinions. Thanks.

I started with a LM II. Great little axle-back.
Then I went full SLP. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58363

I have the mach Xl on my L99 and it is amazing! all my friends love the deep yet unique tone it has. I would recommend this system to anyone over the bigger brands (borla, corsa, ect..) and the price is imposible to beat as well. good luck!

I started with the LM II's and thought they were good sounding but I removed them for the Solo Mach-X and I'm glad I did! Much better sound all around and the added benefit of seat of the pants performance. I definatly felt the difference! The Mach-X is a very clean looking, great sounding and well engineered system. Steve and Jeff are great guys to work with and their customer service is second to none! For the extra $200 it's a no brainer, IMO!

I have had both and the Mach-X is by far the winner, the sound is amazing and you get a full catback with X-pipe. Well worth the $200 diff.

Where are you guys finding these for sale? I've googled solo Mach x over and over an it keeps bringing up nothing but forums. I was wondering the pricing before I commit to just magnaflow x-pipe and muffler delete

They aren't saying that they are finding the SOLO on sale. What they are saying is that you can get a SLP LMII alxe-back for about $515 if you look around at the different dealers or you can get a SOLO Mach-X cat-back for $750 delivered. I think they might be a little more for the L99 version.

http://www.solo-performance.com

I wish SOLO would've had another Group Buy. I almost bought it back then even though I was months away from getting my car. They went for $600 delivered back then. For that price it would be a no brainer. I just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on a system when I was 3+ months away from getting mine and there was never a guarantee that the Camaro was going to work out for me anyway. Unfortunately I talked with them a while back and they had no plans for another GB again.

I think you would be happy with either system but if I were going to do it I would go with the SOLO. I just created my own version of the SOLO system and I think it sounds very good.

I agree completely, the solo sounds awesome, looks great and customer service is the best. This system definately turns heads.
