Is this normal?....

So I was sitting in the drive through, and I stepped on my break, and heard a sound I dont usually hear from stepping on the breaks in a brand new car.

I suck at working on breaks, I usually do the engine work, so idk... lol

Edit: Excuse the huge feet.

Thats intersting. Sounds like its pumping air, maybe there is a pressure relief of some sort for the pedal? Never heard of it before but thats what it sounds like...LOL fluid passing through a diaphram will make that sound too

Nope. Not normal. Don't let the dealer tell you that it's "normal". And there IS a difference between "normal" and "common", as in a "common problem" - if they try to tell you that all the new Camaros do this.

Doesn't sound good man. Might wanna get those brakes checked before they break! Kidding

Careful driving in sandals tho. Got my sandal caught under the gas pedal once and had trouble gettin my foot up onto the brake. Scaryness.
