I think the stock height of my Z looks good. I'd be afraid of lowering it due to front scrapes.

I have Hutchkis springs and it only lower about 3/4 in front and 1/2 at rear....not that much but the front spilter scraps every now and then already...and the other thing is our ZL1 differential housing is pretty big and are pretty close to the ground already...i am afried it will hit something on the road ...so just gonna leave along for now and enjoy the beast.

Had mine lowered this summer using Pedders' ZL1 drop springs. Also installed sway bars and bushings.

The ride quality/comfort didn't change noticeably - MagRide is magical at hiding the fact it was lowered...until you turn, and then you clearly notice the extra stiffness!

I haven't hit a thing with the car in terms of clearance (and you should see some of the gas stations I pull into...) - because the rear was lowered slightly more than the front for performance, the front diffuser actually was leveled out close to factory height.

HIGHLY recommended based on my experiences if you're planning to drop the car! They did their homework with these parts.

You can feel the improvement when you push it through the turns!

^

I know with my car the Pedders suspension addition allows me to feel what the tires are doing entering and exiting a turn.

Do you have a link or site to the exact set you purchased? Thanks

Unfortunately, I don't think you are going to be getting any Pedders parts any time soon unless a vendor has some in stock.
