This makes me wonder more if the Bumblebee in TF2 is an actual Camaro, not a Saleen'd GTO...

Well............this is definately one of the orginal Bumblebees, of which there are 2 or 3 i think???? Sooo they could have easily modded the others cars and not this one. I do remember when the cars were pulled from the show schedules specifically to begin shooting the 2nd movie. But I hope you are right!!!!!!!

This bumble bee is not a converted GTO to Camaro by Saleen. I think this is the red fiberglass push car from the show display that was just repainted to be bumble bee while the real movie car is off shooting the new movie. The wheels on this bumble bee are real not simulated alloy hub caps. Just my observation, i could be wrong.

Compare the concept convertible's front wheel clearance to the concept bumble bee's wheel clearance from these photo's. The bumble bee has the look of a car with no engine.

You're half-right...if I've got my facts straight.

This was a fiberglass silver car, that was painted bumblebee's color, and given the correct lights, and rims, etc.

Again, that's if I remember what I read from Scott correctly........

I have to agree. I love that 4th gen. And I love everything they have done to it the 1/4s, rear spoiler, all aluminum 427. Its just a sick car that I would love to own.

yep thats the silver push pull car that was repainted to look like bumblebee. The Penske 4th gen. car will never be destroyed, by GM anyway.

GM brought a whole bunch of nice cars. Really nice examples of Impala's along with some Camaro's.
