I would still contact your insurance and explain to them what happened. They should be able to help you as well. And they have their own attorneys....thats what you are paying them for to protect you. Make them work...

I posted on their Facebook page a while ago and now I can't even get to their page. I wonder if they deleted it. LOL.

Never known anyone that worked in a dealership that wasn't a dirt bag. Few and far between the good ones are.

Be calm and check your position first
Wow, this is something out of a car fanatics nightmare. I certainly hope you are able to roast their a$$ for this and get yourself a new ZL replacement. The stress this kind of crap causes are really tough on people so try and take a big breath, enjoy the holidays and know that if you need all of us from the Camaro community to rally behind you that we are all here.
Social media is a wonderful thing but we can certainly make it a disaster for them and flood every internet review system known to mankind with how bad this dealership is. I'm sure we can also arrange a few hundred of us to show up at the dealership to rally to your cause, and so be it if it happens on a weekend they are having an event. Remember, if you need to raise the price of poker that you have a lot more resources then they do with all of us behind you. Look what's happening inside of one day.

Somebody may have gone to their website and filled out a vehicle inquiry that may have gone a little like this... "I heard you guys have a deal on a slightly used 2012 ZL1 that has been thoroughly crash tested for safety this past weekend. Good to know. Maybe I can come by and look at it. From the pics I've seen, I think that will buff out of the front right fender, if we can find it that it is."

If all that is said is true, not saying it isnt... (this is the internet) Then what business would do this. I mean, any responsible business owner would replace the car.

Some of you guys may have read the thread about the members ZL1 being taken for a joy ride by a dealers employee, and totaling the car..now the dealer is not willing to help out with replacement or even give them the insurance information, just hoping that they will go away and deal with it out of their own pocket..show your support post a negative review on google pls help out the member you would want help if it was your beloved car..
