Exclamation Holy Misfire!!!!!!

Well today I started up my car and was driving for maybe 10 min till my check engine light turned on... hmm. So I hit the freeway and my car starts to shudder and shake like no other and I'm thinking holy damn misfire right now. I pulled over because the check engine light started to blink and I know that means my cats are nearing the danger point. So limped it to where I work and pulled codes. I was getting a P0300, 0302, 0304 and 0306. Also my bank 2 sensor 1 is malfunctioning... I just replaced my plugs with ngk's about 8k ago and made sure to properly gap them. Right now the only thing aftermarket is my injen intake that might cause the problem and I just cleaned the sensor. I also swapped coils and it's still a full bank 2 misfire.. I only start to see my car misfire once its warm too.

Any help would be awesome.
