Nice ride. I like the new wheels much better than the old ones. As far as the RS package,I can take it or leave it. I do like the painted roof ditch molding. I can't understand why that isn't standard.

Hmm, didn't know that about the heater hoses on the '13's. Where are they now (I don't see them readily in your engine bay pic)? I wonder if that's something an average guy can do if they have a previous model year?

Yup. Kit's are sold with aluminum lined that tuck them behind the heat shield next to the fender and go back underneath and completely out of the way. It's what I did.

Basically GM decided to include it in the newer years. Should have been like that all along.

Congrats, looks great. I hope you won't be missing Bee too much. Did you get the manual trans this time?

Congrats on your new SS. Would you mind taking some pictures of how your subwoofer fits in your trunk when you get her back? This is the factory GM subwoofer correct? I would like to see how much trunk space it takes up. I've heard that you can no longer fold down the back seat. That dual mode exhaust sounds heavenly just from the youtube videos. Can't imagine how it sounds in person.

Yes you can no longer pass anything thru the rear seat. It was raining all day so she gets a bath tomorrow.
