I understand that they need to be machined to fit your diff, no matter which cover you have. Somewhere on JRE's page are the instructions and that is what they say.
This is on their Web page....."NOTE: Final Machining for bore diameter required." T.

We fit mine without issue. There's a few others running it as well, I can dig up a few threads for reference. Maybe I just got lucky?
