I think we're getting halo's
I was looking at my pull-out poster from the Megan Fox issue of Maxim and while my eyes were mostly glued to Bumblebee's features, i started looking closely at all the cars they had compared to their transformed counterparts. I got to thinking about how GM is offering an "Ironhide" Topkick to consumers and when I was looking at the picture of Ironhide transformed, I realized he didnt have the rugged bumper or any of the accents added on for the movie, then I looked at Ratchet and noticed his transformed version was just a regular H2, then it dawned on me.................
these are pics of the actual base vehicles, so I started looking closely at BB and at the camaro at his feet when I noticed the headlights on BB were regular bulbs while the ones on the camaro were halos....  just my $0.02

I agree, I also think we're getting halos.
Try this: Go to www.chevy.com and click on Concept Camaro. When the main pic shows up there will be the Concept Coupe on the left and the Concept Convertible on the right. If you look carefully, the concept coupe has different headlights than the 'vert. BUT... The coupe's headlights are on bright because the foglights aren't on, and the 'vert's low beams are on because of the foglights. If that doesn't prove somethin, I don't know what will!  YAY!! Halos for US!!!!

I would have never thought of that.
 goodonya. If we get Halo's, all the better, but if not...I like the way Bumblebee's headlights look, too! Again, excellent detective work!

Im not sure but the headlight on the right looks kinda like it. This pic is from the pontiac g8 from GM source that is near production.

Idk...I'm not seeing...whoa! You might be right! At least with bumblebee, In the movie, he's got regular headlights, in the posters he's got Halo's...though, I'm still having trouble proving anything from it...
