VE Commodore SSV Pics from Australia..
Hello Guys I have been reading the Camaro mule thread and found it quite interesting...
I purchased my VE SSV Commodore about a month ago now... Looks very similar to the one spoted in the US... Here is my car. |

Nice looking vehicle you have there.
I'd just have to tone down that spoiler a bit. I like 'em a little more subtle. |

I think Holden Dude's point was that the supposed "mule" referenced in the other thread is an actual Commodore and not a Camaro in disguise. Am I correct?

Thanks for the comments guys.... As soon as i seen those mule pics i knew that was a commodore. The pics taken in the US look very similar even the RIMS and the SS badging except no spoiler...
EllwynX I hear you on the spoiler its probably a little to big but it does suit the car.. I think if the commodore lands in the US you guys would love it... the one pictured here has a 6.0L V8 with a 6 speed manual..... I havent had a chance to really give it a good run yet but my god it has some power... |

What's the perception of Holden in the land down under? Do people realize it's GM? or don't they care...
btw: don't remember if I said it, or not - Great Pics. The spolier is almost if not a bit bigger than the old Cobalt SS's...but I think your right, it does sui the car. |

While the one pictured above is a little too big for me, it's at least tolerable. It's not ugly. I think the white Lumina SS picture floating about had a perfect spoiler (to me). |

Dragoneye people are very aware that holden is a subsidiary of GM.
I often see people that have V8 commodore replace the holden badges whith Chev Badges.... especially on the commodore utes... The new VE ute has just been released here check it out at www.holden.com.au The new VE or Zeta is a great handling car... Unlike the FORD falcon over here which can't go around corners... and with all of the stability aids anyone can drive the VE fast without the fear of certin death. |

Thats the hitch point where the ball and block bit slide in and lock in with a pin... I leave the ball bit off as i keep smahing my shins in to it when i need to get something from the boot. |

Thought I'd mention that for anybody who couldn't figure it out. And Holden Dude...if by 'ute' you mean cars like the holden Ute...then, no. I haven't seen that many...if any at all. but I'm one person. |
