Would you consider this cheating?

I've been seeing this more and more, I consider it a cheater start but what do you guys think. On a "road course" coming around a turn you know they want to run you slow down to wait up the other person he floors it so you have to catch up because they got the drive around on you. And the worst one was a straight run guy kept getting behind me I would slow down he would floor it go around me and I would have to catch him, he would never start along side me. Idk it's something around here of other people have had this happen but I think its a shitty ricer move but what's your thoughts.

so you're saying, racing from a roll...as opposed to you both starting at the same speed right next to each other, the other guy is already on the gas before you're even lined up?

Ok let's try this again a car or truck stalks me down I slow down for them to get next to me so we can run instead of pulling along side for the hit they floor it, while behind me, and drive around so I have to play catch up instead of a fair run and sukxost it's on a "road course" quotation marks get it I'm following the rules here.

NOT cheating.....cheating means doing whatever to win or try to win. Can't "win" if it wasnt an actual "road race". Thats just a weak @ss flyby.

yea, sounds like something a guy that has no chance of winning would do. i wouldnt even play catch up with em and just let them go.

That's what I'm saying I consider it a ricer fly by but since both parties are wanting to run I kinda consider it a cheating move that never works for them.

OK, thanks for the explanation.
I don't agree it's a ricer move per se, but that move is weak sauce.

Guess I'm really not understanding the OP ... If it's an open track day, a slower car is suppose to pull over so faster cars can go by. It seems you pull over when they catch you, they are passing you the way they should be. Your not suppose to line up side by side, should be more follow the leader and pass when safe.

OP, if you would use punctuation marks, it would be easier to understand what you are trying to get across.
