Sometimes these low-level User Interfaces won't expand. They're there for you to click through the options and close it...I dunno if the designers don't care, or what...

I assume you can't drag the bottom corner?

Nope. Can't drag the bottom.

Thing is, that last time I had the same problem. When it finally worked, the screen was fine. It showed in 100% visibility. When I see it showing all of the screen, I know it will work. This is the third time and the first two, it took some time, but this time it's just not working.

Does not being able to see some of the screen effect the functionality of the program?

PQ, just another shot in the dark, but if you are running on Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may have to run the install "as Administrator". If you find the installer in Windows Explorer, sometimes setup.exe or setup.msi, right-click on it and the context menu should give you an option called "run as Administrator". It may be a case of you running the install with "user rights" and not "admin rights" and when it gets to the point where it wants to install the driver it does not do so correctly as driver installation requires elevated rights. Just another thing to try while you're preparing to bend over for the Tax man.
