Thanks, I am going to call them tomorrow.

NO. THIS DECISION IS “OUT OF MY PAY GRADE” AND USUALLY THE #1 PRODUCT PROVIDER WILL SET THE MARKET PRICE AND ALL OTHERS WILL FOLLOW.

ALL THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED FROM ME AND KNOW THAT I WILL WORK HARD TO GIVE THEM THE BEST DEAL.

I would love to have the new Stingray, but since I already have a 2012 that I also love, I would be in no hurry to buy right away if there is an ADM. I can wait until the mad rush is over and pricing gets reasonable, or find a dealer that doesn't charge ADM (Becky?)

I agree...I am not desperate to buy one this year unless they discontinue the Laguna Blue after 6 months like they did with ABM on the Camaro.

I have my camaro for sale, so we will see...I will probably put a deposit down with Boardwalk once they return my email and we start talking, but as long as it is refundable, I will be happy.

Good luck, I am just going to wait and see what happens.

Talked to Tim at Boardwalk and will be putting down the deposit early next week...Straight shooter...no BS...selling at MSRP with a $1000 down (refundable), just like Falundir said above. Should get the car in December. Thanks for all your help Falundir! I appreciate it.

Thanks!! I don't want to get too excited yet....just because it is 9 months away.

Not sure about an event for pricing, but I was told by 2 dealers, pricing would come out late April early May...then orders would start based on your allocation #.

Congratulations and welcome to the family =). I won't lie that I'm not 100% sold on the Stingray. I need to see some independent track and road testing plus the official BHP/TQ and weight numbers. That and we just decided to buy a house, so I need to see how much money gets cannibalized by the house.

I live in California so the houses here are stupid expensive for no reason.

Thanks! Congrats on the new house! I am getting married in October, so I am not 100% sure either. I definitely need to see one in person and look at options and what not. That is why I wanted the refundable deposit.

I actually am driving a Land Rover Evoque this weekend...for a family vehicle...my fiance wants it, but they are ridiculous on the trade of my Camaro. Going to try and sell it and see what I can get.

With Internet shopping I know we don't have to pay ADM. Check out http://www.macmulkin.net. They promise C7s at MSRP with no doc fees. They are also one of the largest Corvette dealerships in the US and ship globally. Haven't purchased from them yet, but will be seriously considering if local dealers want to play the ADM game.

I agree 100%. Dealers can ship any where you want or there is always the museum delivery option!
