I'm trying to find someone that has allocations and will sell at MSRP plus Supplier pricing. So, I called Superior Chevrolet in Kansas City because I heard on here they have allocations. They guy says they were alloted 20 and have 17 spoken for. Ok, sounds good... When I can I expect delivery? He says august/september 2010 LMAO!!! I try to call him out on it, and he says, they are 'limited production' and it 'is what it is'. I said they are supposed to produce up to 100,000 in the first year and he seems baffled. So, I just laughed at him and said, thats rediculous, I'll go elsewhere.

Guess I'll look somewhere else.

Well 383ss, If you read some of the posts since the last IDL. people that are #1 on their dealers list dont think they'll get theirs till June-ish.... I'm personally #3 on my dealers list, I'm HOPING to have mine by the middle of May.

Its all just a crap shoot as far as allocation goes right now. I'm expecting some rampups in production as we get out of March and into April however. So you never know.

I could live with august/september 2009, but 2010???? what a joke.

I don't think that is what will happen, I couldn't imagine getting it later than fall of 09, but it just pisses me off how most dealers know nothing about what they are selling.

If you haven't ordered yet, get in touch with Morse Chevy dealership in Overland Park, Ks. Just ordered with them today with MSRP pricing. Really great guys there and they still have 2 allocations left!

I interviewed there. I know way more than those guys do about cars. It's kind of sad to have a ZR1 on the floor and know nothing about it.

I just ordered from Superior Chevy on Saturday!! They said I was the 20th order out of 20. (wheew!) I did talk to one guy who said I won't get it till about August. However, the guy (Bob) that I ordered it through said I could expect it around May. Also I got MSRP.

I'm not sure if I can get an honest answer out of these dumba$$s. Im just happy to be on the list. I know there is an Olathe dealer with a few orders left. Good luck!

20th order of 20 with a allocation of 10? They may tell the next guy he is 20 of 20 too.So they are telling you they will get their entire allocation by May?

They are one of the few high performance Chevy dealers in the area. Both of us were told that they have 20 allocations. Why do you think they only get 10?
