Yep, no doubt about it.
I wouldn't say that it has been a waste of time, I enjoy having the car. I have gained knowledge, and have proven it's possible to make 16+ pounds of boost on a 416 as well. We will see what the future holds, but I am really focusing in getting my truck where I want it to be, DPC! |

I had a big block with 3 stages before, that thing was a complete monster! You see my ZL1 I was telling you about? Its what I traded my SS for.

Everything about it is sick, and it should be, ADM does amazing work. Sorry to see your car didn't finish as you hoped Robert, I'm sure you'll get it in March. Any plans to go with 6 bolt heads at this point?

Not yet... We are looking into ringing the heads... And go with oversized aged head bolts...when the boost reference was lost, and we spiked the boost, the car went real lean on one bank and pooosh went the gasket... We are looking at building/buying an intake manifold and all boost references will be to the intake, rather than having fittings all over... Additionally, a bigger plenum, short runner intake will allow us a higher rpm range, adding in the neighborhood of 1000 rpm, or allowing me to spin the motor to 7500-7800 rpm. This will help with the speed attainable in each gear as well...
