why are you using Esurance? thats for broke people with bad credit and terrible driving records.. USAgencies, Geico, Safeco, The General, and Progressive are the same type of state minimum insurance companies.. get State Farm and use the discounts that you already have!

i deal with insurance companies on a just about daily basis and i can tell you State Farm and Farm Bureau are the most fair and respectible of them all

We went with Hea****(not sure why it blocks last 4 letters!) Classic, $1,064 per year. This is the only thing we have insured with them. Allstate was ridiculous.....$1,184 per six months! And we have home and other cars with them. Just shop around before you sign with next one. Also, Haggerty was our second option.

I use Progressive and have had an excellent experience with them since 2001.

I talked to these guy at the muscle car show this weekend. They quoted me 509 per year for my 2012. I'd be happy to pm a contact if needed.

Seemed pretty legit, but I want to research this mine more.

This is done as not to overstep the parent company Allstate.

Personally I would never use either, IMO Allstate ranks up there with Progressive, Geico, and The General insurance as the $hittiest options around.

State Farm or USAA would be what I would look into if it was me.
Well there you go, your vehicle isn't inexpensive. That seems to be the reason why you got drop.

By what others have posted, you have alot of choices. Start shopping around, most and if not all insurance will let you do a claim online. Easy process...

USSA will not accept you unless your father (my condolences) was already a member of USSA. I tried them and since I did not serve I could not get it as my dad did not have it.

That's cheaper than what I'm paying for a 2002 V-6 Camaro with 138k miles on it. I'm using State Farm with clean driving record and great credit as well. Hopefully my 1LE won't be too much for insurance. Paying $80 a month right now for my fourth gen. There are tons of other factors they consider though. I do drive in a lot of heavily trafficked areas.

Went from $410 to $736 for 6 months with Geico, needless to say I'll be shopping around next month. But I'm interested to find out why the price hike too!

Here is a link to 159 complaints for using Esurance. Many of the complaints sound amazing. If the complaints are real, I have to say what is listed there sounds unbelievable. And it makes sense that they won't insure a ZL1. It looks like they drop ANYONE for ANY REASON. You can tell it's one of those "you get what you pay for" types of insurance. It's better probably to pay MORE but not have to put up with any kind of B.S.

It helps that i have my house insured as well as life insurance, and 13 other vehicles insured, so needless to say, i am getting the max discounts possible on my monster of an insurance policy! Great credit helps as well as most states allow insurance companies to use that as one of their basis on how much they charge you. My 99 ls1 6speed car only costs me 28 bucks a month for the same coverage, and my 08 zx10r and 12 zx14r both cost me around 30 a month for full coverage. Love state farm!

Yeah, that explains it. I have my homeowners through them as well but just the one car. I looked at Geico one time and they wanted to charge me $400 a month with $1,000 to start for my V-6 fourth gen. I told them they were crazy and that it would be cheaper for me to buy a backup car. Very happy with state farm.

You all are depressing. Every state seems to be significantly cheaper then NJ. I have a clean driving record and pay over $2k a year and I only have an SS. NJ insurance rates suck.
