Yep. It will smoke most cars out there. Remove the GXP emblems and you are going to take a lot of guys who have spent 2 to 3 times as much by surprise. This car might become factory sleeper of the year!

pretty crazy that a 4 door sedan is basically the same weight as a 2 door muscle car rumor is also that the GXP will be 37000 base. Plus GG tax.

damn good numbers though. Would be awesome if we saw a rag review put the SS in the 12's, which after seeing this, may be possible

It gets the Gas Guzzler Tax. Not a good sign for the Camaro.

Also, the GXP engine cover is even worse that the Camaro's. Why cut THAT corner? It cheapens the whole car.

I've been pondering the GXP over the SS for a while now, but I think with the $40k+ price tag, I'm going to stick with the camaro. I love the "sleeper" effect the GXP buys you, but I can't help but love the loud looks of the 'maro.

Well, I'm sure you have already seen MT's review of the Z. No sense in posting it again.

I'm sure it performs very well, but I've never been a fan of the front-end of Pontiac cars. With the scoops, it looks like it has 3 grills.

This is good news. I always liked the G8, it's good to see it get some more grunt.

But the SS is like a two-door GXP on steroids.
It should perform better in every category.
