so... 2011 model.

new features, what would you want?

Aside from the obvious Z28 "which i think i am personally holding out for"

And no i wont tell you what is coming in 2011 model year or subsequent model years "Gm already has a fairly good idea on whats coming" as Scott asked me not too and i wouldent anyways. I ain't skeered of suburbans, but some things must remain a secret for the time being, although i would LOVE to tell you because it would blow your minds.

And if you can't some GMPP parts that are being mulled over may enlighten you.

I am just curious as to what you guys would like, paint wise, options. What some other cars have that you would like included.

I would love to have NAV, i use it all the time in my truck.

I bet its going to have heads up display and the Parking assist sensor. Beyond that, I have no clue.

i would step over my own mother for a blown 571 big block with duel king demon carbs. Fuel injection is nice. But i am partial to carburation for a musclecar.

I would also like to see the hideaway headlights, although it's not going to happen. A full hotchkis suspension setup. Sport and cruise mode that lowers the car closer to the road for a true G-machine.

I would also like the vette exhaust tips molded into the body for a side exhaust behind or in front of the rear tires. More hood choices with a retro look.

pushbutton start with electric and fuel cutoff switches.

So i am basically describing my Camaro in my garage right now but some of these things would be nice in the new Camaro.

Same here, I mean color wise, I think Green was left out this time around.
Nav would be cool but I think the next Gen engine is what I would like to see in the Z28. I'll be happy with my 2010 Camaro so I won't be sweating the Z28 but it's still cool to hear about.

As long it toasts anything Mustang, I don't care.

Climate control would be nice. I can't fathom why this isn't in the 2010 model.

You know what i never notcied that. I have it in my truck, duel zone climate control. you would be surprised how much you wont actually use it. I paid for it and i have used it maybe 4 times in over a year.

HOWEVER it is really nice to have the auto climate control with the remote starter. AC cools my truck down in the summer and heats it up in the winter befire i get into it. That would be a nice touch.

Ya know.. an expanded Paint pallet WOULD be nice... but its never been GM's style to use crazy colors.

Please don't flame me guys..zedder doesn't get on too often..I have an off topic question for him and I'm not tryin to jack the thread..but Zedder...are you guys going to be putting all the stripes on at the factory now?? have you heard anything of this?

I want a stripper version of the 1SS in the 67' color Royal plum.

Take out all the power crap, the computor screen, the bells and whistles, to lighten it up. Just give me radio delete and a big block.

I would like to have more flexibility in ordering options. I mean why can't I have cloth seats on a loaded model. Oh yeah, (GothamCamaro) why no green? Not that I would order it, but it would be nice to have the choice.

Yeah we have heard of this. It looks as though thats the way it's gonna happen. Although anything could change, but i doubt it. They hired temp agency workers to staff the adjacent building for that sole purpose is what we were told. Stripe packages will be applied at the subfactory then the vehicles will be shipped is what we were told. IF anyone else who knows a bit more about the delaings going on "Scott" i would appreciate it. I dont want to start rumours but thats what we were told, and thats the way it looks like its gonna go.

BTW i have been bugging Scott since the drawing board of 06 for a stripper version for the general public. I would buy 2 and stuff the biggest engine chevy makes into it and that gets 2 mpg and sets off car alarms 4 miles away. And a twin turbo buick 3.8 engine ala the GN GNX variations.

I want Tesla performance out of the Voltec powertrain in my next Camaro. Seriously. I'd give up the muscle car sound for 3.9sec 0-60 times and 100+mpg. Can you pull that off 80Zedder?
