these are STRICTLY bolt ons correct. no welding or cutting of fenders RIGHT?

Need to drill out some weld spots for fender holder. ) easy stuff.
But then you need to cut off or roll the fender so it does not hit the new mounts. Check the VDI web site for instructions |

sigh. i wanna be able to go back to stock hinges and i dont really wanna cut anything on my car. we shall see. GREAT DEAL THOUGH
