not yet. i've been driving my car too much and every time i get home and have time to work on it it's too hot. I should get under there to try and find a rattling heat shield and fix it tomorrow morning. I'll keep the community posted on that thread full of tips just incase someone come across the same problem in the future.

Used the same device an iPad but I took it out of the case probably helped pick up the sound better. The mic was recessed in the case.

It seems that V6 with LTs has a common tone regardless of the exhaust/headers brand used !!
