Very cool.

Although I hope they end up offering a TT3.6 and not a TT3.0. Not sure anyone knows for sure on that. I read an article a while back that suggested GM would be dropping the TT3.0 for the TT3.6 but now this motortrend article says they may be using the 3.0.

I'm sure the 3.0 can hit the power marks needed if boosted enough, but I think the 3.6 would be easier to hit that power and could be pushed farther if needed. Some of our TTV6 projects here are showing the potential...it is pretty awesome.

Getting stock HP and TQ numbers in the 400 - 450 range wouldn't be tough at all in my opinion since we have builds that go well past those numbers.

Also like how the mention the use of a new DI V8 engine in the 2014 silverado. So should this be the engine we look at for use in the next Corvette or Camaro?

They'll be similar, not completely the same though. The current Vortec 6200 and LS3 have distinct differences.

Cool, wonder how much the success of the ECO-Boost had to do with the Silverado getting a TT-v-6
