I ordered a 1SS/RS/1LE with NPP, rear vision, Boston acoustics 9 speaker in black. That's all I needed.

Nice! I am really hoping they come in before the end of November, otherwise I am going to have a fun time driving mine back down from the cold to Phoenix. I bought mine from a deal 100 miles north of me and the roads suck up there.

Have any of you worked the numbers yet at the dealer? If so did you talk about extended warranty's? I was thinking of getting one just not sure if I should get it at my dealer or somewhere else. BTW congrats on the car orders I just sold my 99 SS to get this one looking foward to upgrade.

I have already been given my out the door pricing and price for my trade before I placed my order. I am not getting an extended warranty because my warranty will be gone before I put 500 miles on it.

My dealer gives lifetime warranties on all new and some used cars for free. Useless to me though. As he said, mine will be voided before long.

TPW 10/28 should mean you guys will have your cars first week of November.

I would not get an extended warranty. The factory warranty is outstanding, and the LS3/L99 engines are fantastic. Drive the car how you want to, but make sure you do all regular maintenance to it. Use good parts when replacing factory stuff.

What dealer did you use if you don't mind me asking?
Reason I'm looking into this is I will be putting about 25000 a year on it. I'm sure the motor and tranny should be good for a while however with everything electronic I'm sure something is bound to fail.

Kenny Ross Chevrolet, in Irwin, PA. Unfortunately though, I'm 90% positive it's just a lifetime powertrain warranty.
